Feedback received from HR, executive and IT respondents has confirmed Frontier Software as having:

the most commonly adopted HRIS system
the most commonly adopted payroll system
the most commonly adopted HRIS and payroll software reporting and analytics tool

Moreover, Frontier Software ranked in the top four most commonly adopted solutions for recruitment/talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, workforce management, workforce planning and succession planning.
