Chandler Macleod Group launches CMHR
Chandler Macleod Group recently announced the launch of its specialist HR recruitment business CMHR. Executive general manager of CMHR, Chris Le Coic, said there was strong demand for a new, national, specialist HR recruitment offering. “We are currently experiencing rare market conditions where there is an economic slowdown, but it has not weakened demand for quality candidates nor has it eased the skills shortage. This unusual environment is helping to elevate the status of HR as many businesses are recognising that the HR function is now even more critical to long-term business success,” he said. With HR salaries set to continue to rise over the next 12 months, Le Coic foresaw continued strong demand for high calibre strategic HR candidates.
HR Partners launches HR Salary Survey
HR Partners recently launched HR Salary Survey, a specialist salary exchange website designed to help HR professionals ascertain what people in the HR profession are earning. The site works on an honesty-based 'get to give' model, whereby all salary data is entered by (and shared by) Australian HR professionals. Factors such as company size, gender, location, industry, years of experience, and number of direct reports can also be included in salary searches, and all salary data is shown in real time. The website also includes a listing of HR jobs that can be browsed and searched. HR Partners has relicensed the salary portal technology from Australian firm Quinntessential Marketing.
