"We ensure that our platform integrates easily with existing systems like Slack, Workday, and Teams," Green explained. "This helps organizations maintain their current workflows while reducing tech fatigue and creating a more unified experience for users."
Green also highlighted the growing popularity of the company's mobile app, Connect Plus, which allows users to access the platform anytime, anywhere. "About 60% of our users access the platform via the app," she noted. "It’s a convenient way for employees and leaders to engage, whether they’re recognizing a colleague, accessing wellbeing resources, or checking updates on the go."
