Post-pandemic, technology is playing a crucial role in business success
In 2021, technology is playing a more fundamental role in the world of work than ever before. Thanks to the pandemic and the rapid shift to remote working, the ability to pivot from the office to home has been central to business continuity.
In particular, HR technology has been crucial in enabling organisations to attract, retain and manage their workforce remotely. But with so many emerging solutions on the market, it can be difficult to get a true understanding of how each HR software provider stacks up.
Over the past few months, HRD has carried out in-depth research in Australia and New Zealand to compile this year’s 5-Star HR Software Awards. HRD surveyed hundreds of HR professionals who were asked to rate the software they’d used in the past 12 months. HRD also sought recommendations from employers on which vendors they rated highly across a range of subsections, including payroll, reward and recognition, HRIS and recruitment.
The winners highlight the vast acceleration in the capability of HR software, evolving to match the needs of customers. Click here to see the full list of 5-Star HR Software winners and read HRD’s analysis on the emerging trends within the industry.
This year’s 5-Star HR Software winners included ConnX, ELMO, JobAdder, Ceridian, BetterHR, BrightHR and Frontier Software.
