This year's winners of Innovative HR Teams 2022 are finally out. These employers went above and beyond in terms of innovation amid workplace challenges, grappling with the talent shortage and skills drought currently underway in Australia. They took a progressive approach to recruitment, introduced new technology in the workplace, and even discovered new ways to reward and recognise their employees.
These winners were first nominated after being recognised for their ground-breaking people strategies, including talent management, diversity and inclusion, health and wellness, as well as HR technology. They were then assessed by HRD based on detailed data, innovation levels, and proven success of their initiatives.
The roster of winners include Tradelink, TSA Group, and more from various industries such as IT/tech, consulting, education, manufacturing, among others.
