The study found that developers experienced in Siebel were in most in demand, followed by.Net developers, desktop and helpdesk support workers, Java developers and business analysts. Candle said the demand has resulted from a growing focus on rebuilding company systems to deliver better results for customers and to allow tracking of customer movements.
