Methodology

To identify the best HR software vendors in Australia and New Zealand, HRD issued a call for entries in June 2024. Over 100 HR tech trailblazers participated, each carefully evaluated by HRD’s team.

The entries included an overview of their business or product, insights into their point of difference in the industry, statistics around market share and growth over the past 12 months, along with client testimonials.

The top three in each category earned their place on the winner’s podium.
