In times of turbulence, employees are seeking reassurance – never has online training served a more important purpose
COVID-19 has put a plethora of unprecedented pressures on organisations, from communicating virtually to delivering learning and development.
Consequently, HR professionals are left scrambling to implement new strategies, processes and experiences to support employees.
In times of turbulence, employees are seeking answers and reassurance – never has online training served a more important purpose.
However, launching an internal training program can be a big undertaking. It involves aligning different strategies, stakeholders, planning for every part of your organisation, and finding new solutions.
Over the last year, Aussie Broadband was able to launch a robust training program for their new starters that focuses on business needs, while also engaging their diverse workforce.
On Wednesday, HRD and SAP Litmos will present a virtual fireside chat with Aussie Broadband to discover their journey of strategising, launching and implementing their latest training program across their business.
In this webinar, you will learn the key elements of Aussie Broadband’s training program, how they are using training to engage their diverse workforce, and how SAP Litmos has assisted them to meet their training goals.
The webinar will feature Lisa Anderson, Solutions Manager at SAP Litmos. Anderson has a huge passion for discovering organisations’ requirements for online training and helping to craft the best solutions for them.
Over the years, Anderson has worked with hundreds of clients in a range of roles across the business that focus on eLearning solutions, change management and training delivery.
It will also feature Claire Morrissey, who joined Aussie Broadband in late 2018. As their first learning specialist, she is building the L&D function from the ground up, including implementing their first LMS.
The ultimate goal is to ‘develop Aussie Broadband’s own best people’. Claire believes strongly in chocolate for classroom training and ditching boring slides for online learning.
The SAP Litmos webinar will take place on Wednesday 29 July at 11am. To register, click here.
