HRD has opened entries for the annual Employer of Choice report
The annual search for Australia’s top workplaces begins ─ HRD’s Employer of Choice 2021 is now open for entries. In its seventh annual year, the report aims to recognise companies who stand out in a crowded marketplace.
HR leaders are invited to put their organisation forward through the online entry form.
The entry process asks for details of people initiatives and achievements over the past 12 months across a number of key areas including remuneration, diversity and inclusion, access to technology and work-life balance.
The organisations judged as showing the best performance across these areas will be recognised as the 2021 Employers of Choice. This includes national coverage on the HRD website and newsletter, as well as access to exclusive promotional opportunities to build your company profile in employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
