Human Resources Director’s annual search for the 5-Star Employer of Choice is now open for entries. The report aims to recognise companies that stand out in a competitive marketplace.
HR leaders are invited to put their organisation forward through this online entry form.
The entry process asks for details of people initiatives and achievements over the past 12 months across a number of key areas, including remuneration, diversity and inclusion, access to technology, and work-life balance.
Participation in this annual ranking provides a wealth of opportunity for businesses looking to build their profile in the industry. Winners will be presented on the HRD Australia website and e-newsletter. They will also gain access to exclusive marketing and promotional opportunities designed to amplify their achievement across multiple channels.
