NINETY-FIVE per cent of Human Resourcesmagazine readers would recommend the publication to others, an independent survey has found.
Conducted by McNair Ingenuity Research, the survey also found that the majority of readers consider that, compared to competitor titles, Human Resources is significantly more credible, offers a lot more value, is by far the most practical and relevant publication and best furthers their professional careers.
Furthermore, 94 per cent of respondents said they read Human Resources magazine regularly, compared to 41 per cent for HR Monthly while 1 in 5 regularly read Human Capital.
The survey, which was conducted over a period of two months and garnered 302 responses, found that both the layout of the magazine and the timeliness of information presented were considered good or excellent by 90 per cent of readers.
Readers spend an average of 36 minutes reading the magazine, while more than a third of these readers said they usually keep their copy of Human Resources for years or indefinitely. Almost half had read every single issue of the magazine over the past year.
When it came to the magazine website, www.humanresourcesmagazine.com.au, 95 per cent of visitors were able to find the information they were looking for, 87 per cent of respondents rated the content of the website as good or excellent, and 94 per cent would recommend the website to others.
