HR awards finalists announced

THE FINALISTS for the Australian HR Awards 2007 were recently announced in the lead up to the gala awards in Melbourne on 21 September.

Finalists include companies such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, St.George Bank, HSBC, TNT Australia, Woolworths, Deloitte and Vodafone. The full list of finalists is available on the 2007 Australian HR awards website.

The awards recognise excellence across the entire spectrum of HR, with 16 categories ranging from strategic planning, to innovation in recruitment, to the best HR team the awards also recognise those empowering HR’s efforts through the CEO award for best HR champion.

The final judging panel is now working with the shortlisting panel to determine the winners, who will be announced at the gala awards evening.

Organised by the HR industry’s leading fortnightly publication, Human Resources magazine, and sponsored by Aon, the awards will culminate in a gala awards ceremony at the Palladium Room, Crown Casino in Melbourne on 21 September 2007.
