IRESS appoints Dearne Price to champion its people and cultural activities

Software firm IRESS has a new HR guru to lead its people and cultural activities.

IRESS, which supplies technology for financial markets and wealth management, recently appointed Dearne Price as Head of HR (APAC).

Price will spearhead IRESS’ HR strategy across the APAC region, in line with global objectives and strategy and report to IRESS Group Executive for HR, Julia McNeill.

McNeil says people and their expertise are at the heart of the Group’s success.

“The focus we give to attracting, growing and retaining the right talent is underpinned by our commitment to delivering HR programs that provide everyone with the opportunity to be their best and make a difference,” she says.

“Dearne brings to IRESS a wealth of experience in developing and implementing engaging programs to optimise professional development on an individual and corporate basis.”

Former Regional HR Director (APAC) of Brightstar, Price has over 20 years’ experience in HR management roles, covering all aspects of the HR spectrum.

She headed up multiple HR programs for Brightstar and its subsidiaries across international jurisdictions, including the implementation of leadership development programs.
