Entries for the sixth annual HRD 5-Star Employers of Choice will close on Friday.
The report will shine a light on workplaces excelling across all aspects of employee experience, as rated by the employees.
The survey will be conducted in two phases. First, employers must put themselves forward through the online form detailing their various offerings and practices. Participating companies will then receive an anonymous survey for their employees and those that receive an 80% or higher satisfaction rating from their employees will be named 5-Star Employers of Choice.
Submit an entry before the deadline this Friday, 17 November.
Participation in this annual ranking provides a wealth of opportunities for businesses looking to build their profiles in the industry. Winners will gain promotional opportunities to amplify their achievements across multiple channels.
5-Star Employers of Choice 2024 will be published on the HRD website in April.
