The biggest industry survey of its kind in the region is open for 2019
The annual Australasian HR Report opened this week to once again shed light on the industry trends, priorities and challenges facing HR practitioners in the region.
The online survey asks about the changing role of HR in organisations, key areas of focus for the year ahead as well as the greatest barriers to success at an individual and function-wide level.
The results of the survey will be used to create an annual report offering valuable insight into the HR profession and its place in the current business landscape.
As a further incentive to get involved, all respondents will be entered into a prize draw to win a bottle of Dom Pérignon champagne.
The Australasian HR Report survey is open until Friday 19 July and the results will be published later in the year in HRD magazine and sister websites in Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
