Matthew Dickason is the managing director of Hays Asia Pacific and is a current member of YPO. His work history includes being group head of 3 Story Software, a product specialist and process engineer at Johnson Matthey, and a GM at Corrida Shoes. Dickason took organisational psychology and philosophy at Rhodes University, studied industrial engineering at Nelson Mandela University, and obtained an MBA from Heriot-Watt’s Edinburgh Business School.
