HRD Canada has recognized the best benefit plans for employees in Canada, setting new benchmarks for well-being, and leading the way with innovative offerings.
The 2024 winners of 5-Star Benefit Programs have a framework that includes portfolio, administration, employee experience, and analytics and focuses on meeting employee needs and supporting well-being.
HRD identified the best employee benefit plans by evaluating over 30 employer submissions, followed by an employee survey. Winning companies achieved at least 80 percent employee satisfaction, ensuring their benefits were highly valued by their workforce.
HRD’s eight winning firms for 2024 exhibit the hallmarks of a top-performing benefits plan, such as a framework that includes portfolio, administration, employee experience, and analytics, focusing on meeting employee needs, supporting well-being, and balancing costs, and more.
