More than 8,700 workers from around the globe said they see big imbalances in their workplaces.

That’s one of the findings of Dayforce’s 14th Annual Pulse of Talent survey.

And there are consequences. More than eight in 10 respondents said they experienced burnout in the past year. And despite growing uncertainty in the job market, flight risk remains at 69%.

“Today’s employers are caught in a balancing act between employee flexibility and meticulous compliance, empathy and efficiency, and worker expectations and budget realities. And organizational performance rests heavily upon their ability to walk this fine line,” according to Dayforce.
