Travis Dutka has been recognized as one of the top professionals of the HR industry in Canada by being listed in the 2018 edition of HRDC’s Rising Stars report
Travis Dutka became part of the people and culture team during a time of rapid growth for the company, which has grown from 60 team members to almost 400 today. Jumping from marketing to talent acquisition, Dutka helped recruit over 120 people in 2 years, before moving into his current role as culture curator. In addition, Dutka was instrumental to 360insights’s topping the Great Place to Work Canada list for companies under 1000 employees since 2013.
Dutka has experienced growth in his role over the past year, following the two acquisitions 360insights made in the last six months. He built and executed a culture integration strategy, which included onboarding, workshops, teambuilding, and launching of a Culture Ambassador team in the newly acquired U.S. office. Dutka played a vital role in sharing and nurturing the 360inghts values and culture in the new offices, while incorporating great elements from the existing culture.
Dutka was also the driving force behind the company’s recent purchase of a new HCM system. After lobbying for over a year, Dutka completed the groundwork for a new employee portal, eLearning modules and a new approach to attendance management; he then presented a solid business case and a proposal showing the ROI for the new system, which resulted in the signoff from the CFO and executives.
