'When businesses prioritise diversity, belonging, and compassion, we all succeed'
United Kronos Group (UKG) has landed a spot among the Top Companies for Women Technologists. The news comes after AnitaB.org recently released the 2021 Top Companies for Women Technologists, with The New York Times Company leading the firms that have 1,000 to 10,000 staff.
UKG was among the top companies that scored in the top 25th percentile with a 1,000 to 10,000 workforce. The firm joins Airbnb, Experian, Lilly, New York Life, PwC, and Target. This is the second consecutive year that the company was included in the list, with Cecile Alper-Leroux, UKG's group vice president of research and innovation, saying it’s an honour to be recognised in the roster.
"It's clear that when businesses prioritise diversity, belonging, and compassion, we all succeed," added said Alper-Leroux. "We commend AnitaB.org for helping to empower women in the workplace and salute the top companies at the forefront of this continued movement, but we must also recognise that there is still work left to do."

"It's up to us to build upon the current momentum to ensure that all women — not just in tech — across generations, race, and ethnicity have the opportunities, resources, and full support to lead organisations into the future," she added.
