To nominate your company, complete this online entry form outlining your initiatives and policies from the past 12 months.
In the second phase of our nomination process, team members have an opportunity to share the characteristics that make their organization one of the best companies with programs and policies to ensure an inclusive working environment. Companies that obtain the minimum number of responses and achieve an average satisfaction rating of 80% or greater from employees will be given the award.
