Time is running out to be recognised as one of the country's leading employers
HRD’s Five Star Employer of Choice 2021 report will once again identify New Zealand’s best workplaces. Companies that want to be considered for the accolade only have until next Friday to submit an entry using this online form.
The entry process asks for details about initiatives and achievements across key areas such as remuneration, communication, reward and recognition, training and professional development, career progression, recruitment and on-boarding, diversity and inclusion, access to technology, leadership, work-life balance and employee health and wellbeing.
The organisations judged as showing the best performance across these areas will be recognised as the 2021 Five Star Employers of Choice. This includes national coverage on the HRD New Zealand website and newsletter, as well as access to exclusive promotional opportunities to build their company profile in employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
Entries close next Friday, 5 March 2021.
The Five Star Employer of Choice report will be published in April.
