Given the topic of mental health never stands still, why leadership training should be continuously evolving
As the modern workforce evolves, so do focus areas for leadership teams. The global pandemic forced employers to consider employee mental and wellbeing to a degree business has never seen before. Despite this, the sector that arguably needs the most training in this area, leadership teams, has seen the least.
Workplace mental health platform provider, Unmind is set to release a training program designed for leadership teams to fill the gap in workplace mental health.
