PepsiCo Australia and New Zealand has named a new chief marketing officer for snacks and beverages.
Vandita Pandey moved from Frito-Lay to PepsiCo, where she spent over 10 years in strategy, insights, and media.
“I’m excited to have the opportunity to work on some of the most loved brands in Australia and New Zealand. I’m looking forward to strengthening and further developing the snacks and beverages portfolio with the talented PepsiCo ANZ team,” added Pandey.
PepsiCo revealed that Pandey will be growing the business, partnering with sales and leadership to increase engagement with customers.
“We are thrilled to have Vandita lead our marketing efforts across snacks and beverages in a newly created role that will really drive the power of one by bringing both sides of the business together for the first time,” added Danny Celoni,, PepsiCo ANZ CEO.
Recently, PepsiCo revealed plans to move to a more flexible working strategy – effectively doing away with the traditional 9-5.
Speaking to HRD, Anita Patrick, HR director at PepsiCo, revealed their new ‘flextime policy’.
“What we’ve managed to achieve is a fundamental shift to complete and utter trust in our people – and I truly believe this has to be a leadership mindset,” she explained.
“What we see as a result from this is our people reaching their full potential and performance.”
