Shukullari points out that HR professionals often face a multitude of challenges, but time management is a significant issue.
“Time is your worst enemy,” he said. “In life, time heals, but in HR it actually makes it worse. You need time to research, you need time to understand, sometimes you need time to investigate.”
But when tricky situations arise, Shukullari stresses the importance of proper documentation and following contractual obligations.
“If you don’t follow what you put in writing, that can turn around on you.”
