It aims to help organisations establish and maintain a modern workplace
ICT solutions provider Computer Concepts Limited (CCL) has launched Managed M365 in a bid to help businesses further embrace hybrid work arrangements and create the modern workplace.
CCL, the cloud specialist within Spark Business Group, said in its announcement that the latest offering proactively manages, monitors, supports, and optimises the entire Microsoft 365 suite for organisations.
"Our Managed M365 offering helps organisations drive modernisation faster, while respecting their security and compliance requirements," said CCL CEO Richard Adams in a statement.
"Ultimately, we can deliver a safe, flexible, and robust service to our customers' end users, which serves their needs today and can be optimised to meet any ongoing requirements," added the CEO.
The full optimisation across the Microsoft 365 suite includes modules across "identity, security, productivity, collaboration, endpoint management, virtual desktop provision and management, and asset management," according to CCL's announcement.
Adams added that the capabilities of the offering aim to help more businesses "realise the potential of the cloud," which their research said could help organisations achieve cost and operational efficiencies, workplace flexibility, among others.

Vanessa Sorenson, Microsoft Chief Partner Officer for Australia and New Zealand, agreed on the importance of cloud technology in an organisation.
"The new world of work creates opportunities for greater collaboration and productivity powered using digital workplace technology like M365 and leveraging the seamless scalability provided by the cloud," said Sorenson.
"However, flexible, hybrid and remote working can also create complexity for organisations managing multiple systems for their people. As we progress towards the opening of Microsoft's New Zealand Datacenter region, it's crucial that organisations on their cloud journey are giving their team members the right environment to thrive."
According to the executive, they are proud to work with CCL in helping organisations build and maintain modern workplaces.
