Constellation Brands recognises that to stay at the top of the world’s wine and spirits industry it needs to attract and retain the industry’s top talent. The recent shift to the mantra of ‘Careers Worth Reaching For’ is now embedded throughout the company, from day one when new employees arrive in the company. Currently, Constellation brands is adapting to the post-COVID recruitment market and working hard to attract Kiwi talent who would otherwise not be in the talent market. To do this, the company is exploring new channels for advertising and tweaking recruitment material to speak to a new audience – for example, in the company’s Cadetship advertising.
