In 2019, Adept Group held a series of workshops with employees and company leaders, to identify the desirable behaviours and values of top performers. These attributes are the “Adept Mindset”, which can be broken down into three key areas – Head, Heart and Hands (i.e. Thinking, Feeling and Doing). Attributes were mapped to specific competencies that leaders can model, and employees can be trained for and held accountable too. The Adept Mindset touches on all aspects of the employee life-cycle – from recruiting the right people through to development and reward.
