Discover the HR program pioneers who made their mark over the past year
The winners of the second annual HRD Awards New Zealand – presented by HRD in partnership with Employment Hero – are finally ready to be revealed.
The awards shine a light on the in-house HR teams, leaders and employers across a range of industries for going above and beyond over the past 12 months – especially in this period of recovery following the disruption caused by COVID-19.
Following a plethora of nominations from across the country, an independent judging panel comprising industry experts reviewed and scored all submissions according to the criteria. Nominees with the highest scores in each category were conferred with excellence awards, while the highest overall score was named the winner.
Today, HRD is honoured to present the winners and excellence awardees of the HR program categories. Their fresh thinking and unique strategies – across areas such as employee wellbeing, workplace flexibility, diversity, and more – have bolstered their organizations and people to thrive over the course of another challenging year.
Below are the recipients, with the remaining categories to be unveiled tomorrow and on Thursday.
