The latest organisations to achieve Aon Best Best Employer accreditation status have been named, with fourteen innovative companies making the final list.
Each year, an elite group of employers across New Zealand and Australia achieve the recognition for recording exceptionally high employee engagement scores and demonstrating outstanding people practices.

Considered by some as an indicator of the most outstanding employer in Australia and New Zealand, the accolades is awarded only to the company which is seen to have excelled the most at providing an exceptionally positive workplace experience for employees.
