The most influential figures in the industry revealed
HRD New Zealand has revealed its Hot List 2022 - a list of the HR professionals making the biggest splash in the industry.
This year’s Hot List has identified 14 senior executives, all of whom have been driving various initiatives around technology, mental health, flexible working and diversity. As a result, each of our winners have significantly increased standing of HR in their organisations over the last year.
The 2022 Hot List identifies leaders from a broad range of industries, and every represented sector has experienced significant challenges throughout the last twelve months. Emerging from another pandemic-dominated year, our winners have all been leading the way into the ‘new normal’, and are ensuring that New Zealand’s workforce is well equipped to face the challenges of the future.
