Providers have stepped up to the mark in another challenging year
HRD New Zealand has announced its first 5-Star Learning and Development winners, honouring the industry’s best providers.
In another year of rapid change, the appetite for learning has skyrocketed and so too has the demand put upon providers to deliver engaging, tailored content that is as successful when delivered remotely as it is in person. Despite the challenges, this year’s winners have stepped up to the plate.
To select the best L&D service providers for 2021, HRD enlisted some of the industry’s leading professionals. During a 15-week process, our research team conducted one-on-one interviews with HR professionals and surveyed thousands more within HRD’s network to gain a keen understanding of what HR professionals think of current market offerings
Across the categories of LMS provider category, our 5-Star winners have scored highly in factors such as ease of use, ease of integration, technical support, platform features, management reporting and value for money. In the L&D training provider category, winners were ranked on quality and breadth of content, learner engagement, user experience, value for money and learner outcomes.
This year’s 5-Star Learning and Development winners include, Actrua, DDI Australia and Ignite Global.
