This is a finding from Human Resource Director’s inaugural Global HR Survey, which asked thousands of HR professionals worldwide about the issues and challenges facing them in their work. Survey results found that across all regions, attracting, engaging and retaining the best people came in at the top of the priority list.
With over 4,400 HR professionals from 37 countries taking part, the Global HR Survey will provide a truly international perspective on the challenges and strategic initiatives HR is focusing on in today’s business environment.
