Chief Human Resources Officers will be high on the in-demand list for 2015, according to CTPartners' 20th annual Hot Jobs forecast.
This year’s report suggested that hiring for new positions will be driven by significant changes and altercations in demands across “the four ‘Ds’”:
Data: Innovations in data collection and analysis are increasingly major influencers in driving new roles at executive level.
Digital: A strong working relationship between the chief digital officer and the chief marketing officer within any organisation is predicted to become increasingly important.
Disruption: As new IPOs disrupt markets across all sectors, emerging executive leadership roles are being strongly driven by a focus on growth and strong financial management.
Diversity: As globalisation is remaining fast-paced, new executive roles will need to represent the diversity of companies’ customer and employee bases.
