About The People Project Founder Jaime Gallocher and Key People 

Jaime Gallocher, founder and director of The People Project, is known for her expertise in providing comprehensive solutions across the entire employee lifecycle. Before establishing the firm, she held consulting roles at organisations including Humankind NZ, Sovereign, OCG Consulting, Wallace Cotton, Harrods, and Caramel. Gallocher graduated from The University of Auckland and completed Hay Group’s (now Korn Ferry) job evaluation methodology and IMPAC's Level 2 Health and Safety training. 

The People Project's leadership team comprises experienced professionals dedicated to delivering tailored HR solutions: 

  • Sarah Cruz Taylor serves as a senior consultant, overseeing HR operations and strategic projects while focusing on employee experiences (EX) and workplace culture 
  • Rebecca Oakley is a senior consultant, specialising in leadership coaching, employee engagement, and process improvement across diverse sectors 
  • Shayna McCarthny acts as a senior consultant, contributing to employment relations and business improvement through people advisory expertise

The People Project achieved significant milestones in 2024, including partnering with Global Elite Sports to support the sports industry's People & Culture needs. This collaboration aims to provide Kiwi organisations with best-practice HR through TPP's outsourced model, enhancing employee experiences in the sports sector. Additionally, TPP expanded its operations by moving into a larger office within QbStudios Ponsonby to position the company for continued growth and future opportunities.
