Jonathan Rice, co-founder of JOYN Recruitment, serves as project director at superHUMAN Software and director at Rice & Co. Previously, he co-founded virtualRPO and held managerial roles at Beyond Recruitment, Hughes Recruitment, and Enterprise Rent-A-Car, along with being a senior consultant at Hays. He earned an LLB (Hons) in Law from Nottingham Trent University.  

Sean Walters, co-founder and COO of JOYN Recruitment, also holds roles as managing director at Rice Consulting NZ and sales director at superHUMAN Software. His career path is unconventional, beginning in taxidermy before transitioning to recruitment, where he specialises in hiring recruitment professionals.
