Integrity1 is a 100% independent consultancy based in Auckland with an additional office in Christchurch, specialising in payroll, HR, and HRIS. The firm serves over 1,000 clients, ranging from small businesses to large enterprises and government organisations, and works with over 25 HRIS and payroll vendors. Their team of 65 experienced professionals provides solutions that address compliance challenges and optimise payroll operations.

History of Integrity1

Integrity1 was founded in 2015 by a group of experienced payroll, HR, and HRIS professionals to address unmet needs in payroll and HR consultancy. The company recognised that existing solutions from software vendors and consultants often lacked a holistic approach, which left critical gaps unresolved. Their vision was to create a firm that integrated expertise across IT, regulatory requirements, and operational processes for seamless HR and payroll optimisation.

The company helps organisations avoid costly payroll errors in underpayments and overpayments, which are a significant portion of business costs. Integrity1 has supported more than 75 of New Zealand's top 200 companies across industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, and hospitality. Their team brings decades of experience and a commitment to delivering tailored solutions that empower businesses to succeed.
