As the CFO at JobAdder, Emma is responsible for driving financial outcomes, actively managing the group’s financial performance, and communicating the group’s strategic and financial priorities to stakeholders. Prior to joining JobAdder, Emma spent 12 years in public practice, specialising in the business services and advisory sector where she advised a portfolio of business clients and high net wealth families and supported them with an outsourced CFO service.  Emma has also volunteered her time to numerous charities and not for profit roles, most recently as the Chair of the Finance Risk and Governance Committee for Women in Banking and Finance.

Emma holds a BA in Accounting and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants ANZ.
