Recent data reveals an emerging chasm between the thoughts of leaders and the people they lead. A survey of 14,000 global white-collar employees found that the workforce has never felt more disconnected from their organisations and leaders.
“This is a situation that must be addressed, and it must be addressed quickly,” said Jessica Conser, senior vice president, product, and solutions at LHH. “The disconnect between leaders and the people they are leading has the potential to cripple human capital strategies well into the future.”
