The team is actively engaged in numerous internal and external employee and HR events, including monthly ‘power learning’ sessions where external industry specialists provide alternate viewpoints and learnings to the HR team. The power learning sessions help the team to keep updated on best practices and trends across the region.
HR is specialised in core areas that feed into a global shared services system to minimise overlap, duplication and inefficiencies common in other HR structures. This allows the ability to minimise the number of staff required to provide a cutting-edge global HR function.
HR consistently increases productivity per hours worked by one full-time employee (FTE). The company workforce has grown by over 50% in the past three years, with HR consistently meeting the challenge of providing full-service support across the geographies.
On the business front, HR has partnered closely with business leaders to conduct the Organization Health review through analysis of key indicators such as spans and layers, revenue per employee, presales to sales ratio, service to sales ratio, and diversity ratio. This is to ensure organisational effectiveness in driving sustainable business growth.
