Leila Effandi, who joined IBM in April 2018 as senior talent acquisition partner, is a recruitment specialist with extensive experience in talent acquisition and engagement within the financial services and professional services sector.
As engagement and transition manager, who is part of IBM’s HR business development team that supports inbound deals (acquisitions, strategic outsourcing, JV) and outbound deals (repatriation, IP partnerships, divestitures, reverse outsourcing) for ASEAN, Effandi’s tasks include HR due diligence and HR solution planning, negotiations of HR solution and ensuring comparability of compensation and benefits, retention planning, and transition management.
