Jacqueline Fu is an HR manager with demonstrated generalist skills, the ability to manage integrated, global projects, as well as the experience in the areas of talent and performance management, employee engagement, leadership, learning, and development.
Currently at American Express, Jacqueline is responsible for partnering with business leaders to deliver the Market Colleague Plan to enhance the colleague and people leader experience.
Prior to this, Jacqueline was People Partner at FIS, providing day-to-day HR support to the 350-plus FIS employees in Singapore and Indonesia, and partnering with business leaders to drive growth and retention, optimising workforce planning, managing annual cycles, and creating and delivering training. She has also worked at Aon taking on increasingly senior HR roles in both the US and Singapore, most recently as the Regional Talent and Special Projects Manager, where she drove the people agenda within Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa.
