Pender joined ZALORA in March 2016. According to Soni, she has championed a number of people initiatives, including diversity and inclusion.

Developing a workplace culture where people feel valued and appreciated has always been a priority for the firm, the CEO added, and the new CPO appointment is a commitment to making ZALORA one of Asias “most desired places to work”.

In addition to her 20 years of experience in providing legal and business advice, Pender has experience in driving change management and organisational development.
