However, with rapidly changing needs and expectations, creating an experience that works for everyone can be tough. Organisations are struggling to strike the right balance between remote and on-site work, and candidates are constantly re-evaluating what they want from their careers.
To meet these challenges, the value of an “exceptional candidate experience” can’t be overstated. According to Eric Sydell, EVP innovation at Modern Hire, there are a number of ways to improve your candidate experience, starting with the use of data and smart technology.
