Winners stood out for their 'market-leading' expertise
HRD Asia today revealed the top L&D training companies and LMS providers in the region. The 18 companies that made the list this year stood out for their market-leading expertise. This was a massive achievement in a year that saw an influx of offerings, as demand for learning and development services soared amidst a prolonged pandemic.
The crisis also saw the acceleration of technology-led learning. However, HR leaders, which HRD spoke to, highlighted that the L&D firms offered more than just new tech products – they also showed a keen understanding of how to adapt L&D strategies and meet employees’ changing needs.
