Annual search is back for best places to work in Asia
HRD is again putting together the annual 5-Star Employers of Choice in Asia.
Companies with at least 10 employees are invited to put themselves forward by filling out this employer form detailing their various programs and best practices.
Once employer entries close on Friday, 2 February, participating companies will then receive an anonymous survey to be distributed to their employees who will evaluate their workplace.
Companies with 80% or higher satisfaction rating from employees will be named 5-Star Employers of Choice.
Participation in this annual ranking provides promotional opportunities for businesses looking to build their profile in the industry.
5-Star Employers of Choice 2024 will be published on the HRD Asia website in June.
