Entries for the annual HRD 5-Star Employers of Choice will close on Friday.
The report will shine a light on workplaces excelling across all aspects of employee experience, as rated by the employees.
The survey will be conducted in two phases. First, employers must put themselves forward by detailing their various programs and best practices. Submit an entry before the deadline this Friday, 2 February.
Shortlisted companies will then receive an anonymous survey for their employees and those with 80% or higher satisfaction rating will be named 5-Star Employers of Choice.
Winners will be published on the HRD Asia website in June.
Participation in this annual ranking provides promotional opportunities for businesses looking to build their profiles in the industry.
