Second-time winner, Ilja Rijnen, HRD of employee experience, learning, and change at Beam Suntory called the recognition “a great honour” and a source of motivation to work towards even greater things.

“With my company and HR colleagues, we have been working actively to create an environment where people feel included and valued throughout the pandemic,” Rijnen said. “But also, we’re safeguarding our legacy as we build our future in collaboration with our people.

“The listing is a great encouragement for me to keep focusing with the team on our employee experience this year and find ways to further grow our HR function as a strategic function in general.”
