HRD's 5-Star Benefit Programs survey now open
HRD’s inaugural 5-Star Benefit Programs survey aims to highlight the best companies that offer outstanding employee benefits and Employee Assistance Programs. By participating, organizations can heighten their brand awareness and improve recruitment and retention.
The nomination process includes two phases: an employer form and an employee survey. A company must achieve an overall satisfaction rating of at least 80% to be a 5-Star Benefit Programs winner.
Survey closes October 7.
