HR Leaders: Taking off after COVID at Brisbane Airport

The travel industry was one of the hardest hit during the COVID-19 pandemic. When Australia closed its borders, Brisbane Airport went from having around 50,000 passengers a day to 200 at one point.

HRD spoke with Brisbane Airport’s executive general manager of human resources, Jane Dionysius about how the company made it through the pandemic, and what its new learning and development program entails.
